Did not like the product that you ordered? Changed your mind after receiving the order or want to cancel your order? Received a defected item? No worries. We respect the fact that many a times you buy a fashion product, but change your mind later and decide not to wear it. We do not want you to regret your purchase decision ever. We value your money and we will not like you to waste your money in buying a product which you will never use. And hence, we offer a very hassle free return policy to our customers. A coupon code equivalent to the returned product value will be shared for your future purchase. Please read and follow the below steps based on your concern:

At Peacoski, we are committed to ensuring a seamless and hassle-free return process for our valued customers. Please follow the steps below to initiate and complete your return:

Step 1: Prompt Notification 

Please share the name and image of the product via email at returns.peacoski@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving the product. Our team will reach back to you within 24-48 hours.  

Step 2: Return approval and shipment 

  • Once you receive our confirmation for your return request approval, you need to ship us the products you wish to return with all the original packaging by keeping it safely back into the box/packaging. 
  • The product(s) should be shipped back to us within 5 days from the day we approve your return request. 
  • The cost of shipping the product will be borne by the customer. 
  • The product(s) should be in its original and unused condition with intact packaging. We will not be able to process the refund coupon code if the product(s) is damaged or shipped without its original packaging. Please use a reliable courier service for shipping the product(s) and share the tracking details once the products are shipped.

Step 3: Quality Check and Refund Coupon Code 

  • Once we receive your package, we will inform you within 24-48 hours about the receipt. 
  • The returned products go through strict quality checks. Upon quality check, we will calculate the applicable refund as per our Refund Policy. 
  • Once the item is approved for return and the refund is calculated, you will receive a website coupon code on your registered email/phone number within 3 business days. You can use this coupon code for your next purchase. Please read the coupon code redemption rules - conditions apply*

Important Points: 

  • All products sold under our website are eligible for return against a credit of coupon code. 
  • Items which are not informed for returns within 48 hours / not received by us within 5 days are not eligible for returns. 
  • All our products undergo multiple levels of quality checks and sent. In case of quality not meeting your expectations, no money refund will be given. Damaged/used / products sent without original packaging are not eligible for refunds. The item can be shipped back at a cost of ₹150 to the customer or can be picked up from our warehouse in Delhi.
  • In case of any returns, for orders where the shipping charges were waived off as part of any offer, ₹150 towards the shipping from our warehouse to the customer will be deducted while processing refund coupon codes.

 

 





CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Every order is generally fulfilled within 2 hours of order placement. Orders once placed on our website are only eligible for cancellation until they are shipped from our warehouse. 
  • For COD orders, we will call you for order confirmation before shipping. 
  • Prepaid orders cancelled before shipping will be refunded as per the customer’s choice of receiving a refund coupon code or refund in your original payment mode. (5% deduction as payment gateway charges)
  • Once the order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. You can return the product, and the return policy will apply. 


 

MANUFACTURING DEFECT

All our products go through a '3-Level-Quality Check' and are packed with utmost care to ensure it reaches our customers in the most delightful condition. But in some rare cases, it may happen that there is a manufacturing defect that missed our eye. In such cases, we will be happy to ship a replacement for the same product or issue you a refund coupon code for the amount paid for the product. Please follow the steps below to initiate and complete your return:

Step 1: Prompt Notification with Proof 

 Inform within 48 Hours: Create a video of unboxing your package, or click pictures of the product to that clearly shows the issues you are facing. Write an email within 48 hours of receiving the package to our returns support team at returns.peacoski@gmail.com and attach all the necessary proofs for faster resolution. Our team will respond to your mail within 48 hours. 

Step 2: Reverse Pick-up 

Reverse Pickup (Only for orders delivered within India): Once your return is approved and our team verifies that your order is eligible for a return and replacement, we will arrange a reverse pickup for your product at no extra cost, and the same will be attempted within 24 hours after confirmation. We will request you to keep the products ready for pickup, failure to do so we lead to cancellation of pickup and you will have to ship the product back to us by bearing the shipping charges. 

Step 3: Refund Coupon Code 

Once the reverse pickup is successful, we will dispatch a replacement package for your damaged product depending upon the availability of the same. If we do not have that item in stock, we shall issue you a full refund coupon code worth the value of the product for your next purchase which will be valid for the next 1 year from the date of issuance. No refund to the original payment source will be provided in any replacement or damage cases. We will be happy to provide you with a product replacement or issue a refund coupon code (review our refund coupon code policy).

 


REFUND COUPON CODE USAGE

  • A refund will be issued as a credit in the form of a coupon code only. 
  • The coupon code is a one-time use code and cannot be applied again to any other order. 
  • The coupon code has a 1-year validity from the date of issuance and can be used at any time within the 1 year period for your purchase.
  • The coupon code will be processed within 3 working days from the day we receive the returned products or the confirmation of cancellation of the orders. 
  • The coupon code issued as a refund will only be applicable for use if you do not apply any other offer code while placing a new order. 
  • A customer cannot apply more than one coupon code while placing an order and hence orders that are placed using the refund coupon code will not be able to apply any offer coupon code.
  • If a refund coupon code issued for any previous order is used to place a new order, and the customer does not accept the new shipment, the refund coupon code will expire and cannot be used again. Please ensure shipment of COD / prepaid orders placed using coupon codes are accepted by you.
  • A customer, who has used a refund code to place an order, returns the order, will only be eligible for a maximum of 2 refund codes tracing back to the original order.


OTHER APPLICABLE DEDUCTIONS 

  • In case of pre-paid orders, once the shipment is dispatched, and is not accepted by the customer, and the shipment is then returned back to our warehouse, the amount of ₹250 will be deducted for the dispatch and return, and the balance amount will be refunded via our website refund coupon code, which will be sent to you in your email. No bank transfer/credit to source will be provided for packages undelivered & returned. Please read the refund coupon code redemption rules - conditions apply*
  • For any online prepaid transactions, where the amount is deducted from your card/wallet and the order confirmation is not received, please contact us before making repeat payment attempt. We will confirm if your transaction was captured. In case of repeat payment made before confirming with us, 5% towards the payment gateway charges will be deducted from the repeat transaction amount before refund.
  •  In case of COD orders, a token amount of ₹250 is taken. This token amount cannot be refunded in case the Cash on delivery order is not accepted or is cancelled by the customer / returns back to our warehouse due to any reason. (₹250 as per standard deduction for the 'to & fro' journey of the package).
  • In case the token amount paid for the COD order is of more than ₹250, the excessive amount will be refunded in the form of a refund coupon code as per the policy and will be emailed to the customer. Please read the refund coupon code redemption rules - conditions apply*

As soon as the order is shipped from our warehouse, you will receive an email with your tracking number and an active link to track it live. We urge you to enter your email id while placing the order to get all updates related to your order.

Once your package is Out for delivery, you will receive a call from our logistics partner for the delivery of your order. They will be able to confirm the time of delivery.

Packages are delivered using an OTP for verification and we request you to keep you phone handy while receiving the package for OTP verification purpose.

Do not worry! Every order is attempted thrice for delivery before it returns to our warehouse. So, you have another chance! Don’t miss it again! Our team will contact you regarding the same if necessary. 

Any prepaid orders which are undelivered, will be reshipped at an additonal shipping cost of ₹125 (to be borne by the customer) and if the order is cancelled by the customer, a refund coupon code will be issued post deduction of 'to&fro' shipping charges of ₹250.

We have tied up with various reputed logistics providers like Delhivery Pvt. Ltd, Ecom Express, Xpressbees, etc. for shipping within India.

PAYMENTS & CHARGES

We offer all payment options as listed here: Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking, Wallets, PayTM, Google Pay (GPay), PhonePe, Direct bank Transfers and COD. In case you need any help with any of the payment options, please do contact us on WhatsApp.

We offer COD shipping all over India with a fixed Cash on Delivery (COD) shipping charge of ₹125. For order value below ₹500, COD shipping charges are ₹150.

Do not worry! Your money is safe. It would be either credited to us or back to you.

Please check your bank account for the next 10 mins, if the deducted amount is not reversed, please email us at support.peacoski@gmail.com with your transaction details along with your name and email ID that was used while attempting to place the order.

We will respond to your query as soon as possible (10 am to 6 pm during weekdays).

There are no hidden charges applied for any purchase on our website. All the charges will be shown to you clearly before you make the payment.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

All Products bought from our website are covered under our Return Policy and are returnable. You just need to email us within 48 hours of product delivery so we can process the return request.

We offer returns to our customers for all our products. The only condition is that you need to email us on returns.peacoski@gmail.com within 48 hours of product delivery so we can process the return request.

Do, share the photos and tags of the Product(s) you wish to return, along with the reason for return. Our team will reply back to you with the return process on your email within 48 hours.

In all cases you are responsible for sending the product back to us in its proper condition.

Only in special/specific cases a pickup is arranged for the products with an additional upfront charge of ₹200/-. This cost depends on many factors and will be confirmed on email of your return request.

We give refunds only in the form of Coupon Credit. The coupon value depends upon the value of your product returned.

We deduct ₹125/- shipping charges for all Cash on Delivery orders as we bear Cash handling charges for the same.

Prepaid Returns within India - Orders where a customer returns 1 product out of 2 or multiple products, no amount is deducted while giving refunds as we assume such an order as a partially successful order. 

Refund will be issued as a credit in the form of coupon code only. The coupon code is a one-time use code and cannot be applied again to any other order. The coupon code has a 1-year validity from the date of issuance and can be used any time within the 1 year period for your purchase. Also, you can only apply one single coupon code at a time while placing a new order using a Refund Coupon Code. It is recommended to use the code to its fullest value to avoid expiration of your unutilized amount.

We initiate refund once the returned product has reached us in their proper condition along with the tags.

You will be receiving your refund-coupon-code (RCC) within 48 hours of return received at our warehouse. 

We consider all exchanges as returns itself and hence the same policy applies. You have to follow the same process for exchanges as well.

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once shipped, no order cancellation requests are accepted.

For COD orders, we will call you for order confirmation before shipping.

Prepaid orders cancelled before shipping will be refunded in full if you choose to receive a refund-coupon-code against your order.

In case you choose for monetary refund for your prepaid order, then the refund will be issued to your original payment mode after 5% deduction for Payment Gateway charges.

As per RBI Guidelines, we do not offer refunds in form of bank account transfers. All refunds are primarily in the form of Refund Coupon Codes (RCC). Only in special requests of customers who have a placed a prepaid order, and wish to cancel the order before it is shipped, the refund is processed into their original mode of payment after relevant deductions.

You will be charged 5% of the transaction value as payment gateway charges when we initiate refunds to your original payment source in such cases. For e.g. If you paid ₹1000 for your purchase, and you want a refund before shipping takes place, you will be given:

5% of 1000 = 50 i.e., ₹1000 – 50 = ₹950.

We do free shipping for orders with a minimum order value of Rs 500/- When a coupon code is applied, and if the value of the product goes below Rs 500, the product automatically becomes ineligible for free shipping, hence you have to pay for the shipping in such cases.

The other alternative is to increase your cart value to above Rs 500 even though the code is applied and then you can again avail free shipping.

As this is fashion jewellery, there's no guarantee/warranty as such but please be sure that nothing will happen to the jewellery for a very long time if basic care is taken, like minimum contact with soap, water and perfume to ensure its longevity. Also, always put the product back into its packaging after use.
