How to return a product

Send product photos + reason for return to returns.peacoski@gmail.com or Whatsapp us at at +91 9821600522. Include your order number in the message. After 48 hours, returns are not accepted.

Wait for our approval — 24 to 48 hours
Do not ship anything until you receive our confirmation email. Our team replies within 24–48 hours.

Ship it back within 5 days of approval
Pack in original packaging with all tags intact. Use a reliable courier. You pay the return shipping cost. Share tracking number after shipping.

Receive your coupon code within 3 business days
Once we receive and verify the product, your refund coupon code is sent to your registered email or phone. Valid for 1 year.
Important: Product must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging. ₹200 will be deducted from your coupon value as shipping charges.

Record unboxing video + email within 48 hours
Show the defect clearly on video as you open the box — or take clear photos. Email to returns.peacoski@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Free reverse pickup within 24 hours
We arrange a courier to collect from your address at zero cost. Keep the product ready. Missing the pickup means you will need to ship it yourself.

Replacement dispatched or coupon code issued
If the same product is in stock, a replacement is dispatched. If out of stock, a full refund coupon code valid for 1 year is emailed to you.
No bank refund in defect cases. Peacoski offers a product replacement or a refund coupon code only — no bank transfer even for manufacturing defects.

What happens to your money
Prepaid — cancelled before shipping
Your choice: full refund coupon code (no deductions) OR bank refund minus 5% payment gateway fee. Example: paid ₹1,000 → bank refund = ₹950.
COD — we call to confirm before shipping
We always call to confirm COD orders before shipping. Tell us on the call if you want to cancel — no charges apply at this stage.
Prepaid — shipped but you refuse delivery
₹200 deducted for to-and-fro shipping cost. Remaining amount refunded as a coupon code. No bank transfer for refused deliveries.
COD — you refuse delivery at the door
The ₹200 COD token you paid is non-refundable. It covers the to-and-fro shipping cost of returning the package to our warehouse.

Missed all 3 attempts? Prepaid orders can be reshipped for ₹200. If cancelled, ₹200 is deducted and the rest is refunded as a coupon code.
