Order out for delivery
Our logistics partner will attempt delivery to your address. For prepaid orders, an OTP is required to receive your package — keep your 10-digit Indian mobile number handy. Missing the OTP may result in a failed delivery and additional reshipping charges.

Order delivered to your door
Your order arrives safely. 3–5 days for metro cities and 5–7 days for non-metro cities from the date of dispatch. Unforeseen delays may occasionally occur — track your order for the latest update.
Always use a valid 10-digit Indian mobile number when placing your order. For prepaid orders, our logistics partner follows OTP-based delivery — a missing or incorrect number can result in failed delivery, which is beyond our control and may incur additional reshipping charges.

Package returned to our warehouse
If all 3 attempts are unsuccessful, your package is returned to our warehouse. We will notify you when it arrives back with us.

Reship on request — additional ₹200 charge
We will reship your order on your request for an additional shipping charge of ₹200. For COD orders that were returned, reshipping is only done after the full order payment is made online along with the ₹200 reshipping charge.
Important: A valid 10-digit Indian mobile number is mandatory. For prepaid orders, OTP-based delivery is followed by our logistics partners. Failure to receive the OTP may lead to non-delivery — which is beyond our control — and will incur an additional reshipping charge of ₹200.
